Many of our products are created using artisanal manufacturing processes. Depending on the product category, individual steps are carried out by experienced craftspeople. This can result in slight variations, which are part of the character of a high-quality manufactured product.

We select our materials with an eye for quality, feel, and durability. Depending on the product, we use materials including leather, silk, high-quality textiles, and carefully selected metal components. You can find the specific material details on each product page.

We strive to represent colors, materials, and textures as realistically as possible. However, depending on the screen, lighting conditions, and display settings, colors may vary slightly.

Silk scarves should be treated with particular care. We recommend professional cleaning or careful hand washing in cold water with a mild silk detergent. Please avoid vigorous rubbing, wringing, direct sunlight, and high temperatures. To dry, the scarf should be laid flat on a clean towel.

Leather is a natural material and changes over time. Protect leather products from moisture, excessive heat, and direct sunlight. Light soiling can be removed with a soft, dry cloth. Care products should be tested beforehand on an inconspicuous area.

Hats should be stored in a dry, clean place while maintaining their shape. Avoid pressure, humidity, and direct heat. For long-term storage, we recommend keeping the hat in its packaging or in a protected area to ensure it retains its shape.

Please refrain from punching additional holes in the belt yourself. Improper handling may damage the material. If an adjustment is necessary, we recommend having it done by a professional.

We ship our products internationally. Deliveries are generally possible worldwide, provided that shipping to the respective destination country is offered by our shipping partners.

Shipping to certain countries or regions may be temporarily unavailable due to political, legal, or logistical restrictions. Should delivery to your country not be available directly at checkout, please feel free to contact us via email.

The delivery time is generally 2 to 4 working days from the shipping confirmation. The exact delivery time may vary slightly depending on the destination country, shipping partner, and customs processing.

Orders within Germany are generally shipped via overnight express through our logistics partner. Orders received on working days by 12:00 PM are generally collected the same day and delivered on the next working day. Orders received after 12:00 PM are generally processed on the following working day.

We offer free standard shipping for deliveries within Switzerland and to Germany.

For international deliveries outside of Switzerland and Germany, shipping costs apply. These are calculated individually based on the destination country and are displayed at checkout.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will generally receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking link.

Please note that the availability of tracking may depend on the respective shipping provider and the destination country.

For certain delivery countries and orders, faster shipping may be possible. Within Germany, shipping is generally already handled via overnight express.

This depends on the delivery country. In Germany, Austria and the rest of the EU, in Norway and in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. In Switzerland there is no statutory right of withdrawal, so returns are generally excluded and only possible as a goodwill exception. Orders to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are final sale. Please announce every return in advance by email and include your order number.

Please return the item unworn, undamaged and in its original condition, with all tags, protective films and the original packaging (dust bag and box). When exercising a statutory right of withdrawal, you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may charge for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the delivered item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. All approved returns are sent to our logistics warehouse in Germany. You will receive the exact address with the return instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. In the case of a statutory withdrawal, we refund no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation. We may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back with us or you have provided proof of return.

Exchanges are possible subject to availability and follow the same rules as a return in your delivery country. Please announce the exchange in advance by email.

Please contact us by email, ideally within 48 hours of receipt, and send us photos of the item, the packaging and your order number. We will review the case as quickly as possible and get back to you with the next steps. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected in all countries.

Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via email. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
