Delivery time

Standard shipping usually takes 2 to 4 working days from the shipping confirmation. Depending on the delivery country, the shipping partner and customs processing, the delivery time may vary slightly.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping to Switzerland and Germany is complimentary. For all other delivery countries, shipping costs are shown at checkout.

We deliver to Switzerland, Germany, Austria and other European countries as well as internationally. The available delivery countries are shown at checkout.

Customs and taxes

Deliveries to other countries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees. If these are already calculated at checkout, they will not be due on delivery.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Returns and exchanges

The rules for returns and exchanges depend on the delivery country. In Germany, Austria and the rest of the EU, in Norway and in the United Kingdom, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from receipt. In Switzerland, returns are generally excluded and only possible as a goodwill exception. Orders to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are final sale.
