Shipping and returns
Standard shipping within Switzerland and to Germany is complimentary and usually takes two to four working days. We also deliver internationally, shipping costs are shown at checkout depending on the destination.
The rules for returns depend on the delivery country. In the EU, Norway and the United Kingdom, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from receipt. In Switzerland, returns are generally excluded and only possible as a goodwill exception. Orders to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are final sale.

Returns and exchange
Please announce every return or exchange in advance by email and include your order number. We will send you the return instructions, approved returns are sent to our logistics warehouse in Germany. Whether a return is possible depends on the delivery country. You will find all details in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Caring for silk
Dry cleaning or gentle hand-washing in cold water with a mild silk detergent. Avoid vigorous rubbing, wringing, direct sunlight and high temperatures. Lay flat on a clean towel to dry.
Caring for straw
Keep away from moisture, strong heat and direct sunlight. Remove light soiling with a soft, dry cloth and keep the piece in the dust bag provided.

Store dry and well ventilated in the dust bag provided. Remove light soiling with a soft, dry cloth and never leave the piece compressed for long periods.

Measure a piece you already own and compare: the width in centimetres corresponds to our size. When in doubt take the next size up - or simply write to us.
