We deliver within Switzerland, to Germany, and to other European countries. The delivery time is generally 2 to 4 working days. The exact shipping costs and options are calculated at checkout.

Returns

Whether a return is possible depends on the delivery country. In the EU, Norway and the United Kingdom, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from receipt. In Switzerland, returns are generally excluded and only possible as a goodwill exception. Orders to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are final sale. Please announce every return in advance by email to info@jakobsimon.com. Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
